Bibingka - a Filipino dessert made out of sweet rice flour. Many different variations. This one's my mom's. Thanks mom!
Bibinkga
ingredients:
1 box Mochiko sweet rice flour
3 cups of fresh milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 stick of melted margarine (or butter) *add this last
preparation:
Mix everything in a bowl
pour into buttered 13x9 glass baking dish
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour
test for doneness by poking with toothpick (done when toothpick comes out clean)
cut into diamond shapes. save the nice crusy edges for yourself!
tastes better the next day...

Is this custard like or? My mom is a celiac(intolerance to wheat) and she could totally eat this.
